Account Manager

We are currently seeking a highly-driven, results-oriented Account Manager to join our team.

The Account Manager will target prospective companies that require online, e-marketing and e-commerce channels and related services. He/She will have a 'hunter' mentality with a proven ability to drive revenue growth by recruiting companies that sell online. This will include sourcing, qualifying and closing new business. You will work with a merchant support team to on-board new merchants and build a world-class product catalogue.

Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the Account Manager will have intimate knowledge of the e-commerce industry and be comfortable forging relationships with companies around the world. You will be driven to succeed, have a proven track record and experience in an entrepreneurial environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and qualify new clients to increase revenue and market share
  • Use of a variety of mediums to engage, develop relationships and close sales with new merchants
  • Identify and create sources of new leads
  • Develop leads and move them through sales funnel
  • Participate in the development of revenue generating programs and incentives to grow the merchant portfolio
  • Some travel may be required

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (University or College) or equivalent preferred
  • 2 – 3 years sales experience with B2B, e-business focus
  • Candidate should be highly motivated, self-starter and goal oriented, with a strong sales mentality
  • Proven ability to build / close deals with key partners and achieve results in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects

Account Manager - Constant Content

RevenueWire Inc. is a global e-commerce business designed to help digital companies grow their business online. We are currently seeking an Account Manager for our Constant Content division to help grow the customer base and increase revenue.

Constant-Content provides a market place for companies to purchase unique original content by providing access to almost 30,000 writers and the most comprehensive and quality article database on the web.

The Account Manager – Constant Content will be engaged in ongoing sales efforts to expand the number of companies that use the service and grow revenue from existing customers. This role is an inside sales position, responsible for recruiting new companies and building relationships with existing customers. Knowledge and understanding of online marketing techniques is a definite asset.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and qualify new companies to Constant Content
  • Identify and develop sources of new leads and manage them through the sales funnel
  • Develop relationships and increase purchase volume with customers

Merchant Support Coordinator

RevenueWire Inc. is a global, rapidly growing e-commerce business designed for digital merchants. We are currently seeking a Merchant Support Coordinator to join our team.

The Support Coordinator is an integral part of the Merchant team. You will provide guidance and training to new merchants through the setup process, work with the creative team to produce product related graphics and landing pages; and ensure that merchant information is provided to the Affiliate team to promote their products across our network.

Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the Support Coordinator will also assist with research and evaluation of prospective merchants and proactively work with existing merchants to optimize their product offers and online sales.  The successful candidate will have an understanding of the e-commerce / technical online industry and be comfortable forging relationships with merchants around the world.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and ongoing support and assistance to merchants
  • Enter merchant and product data using the setup wizard
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Testing on newly uploaded products prior to going live on the RevenueWire product catalogue
  • Track the status of merchants to generate regular reports
  • Some travel may be required
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (University or College) or equivalent preferred
  • 1 – 2 years experience with B2B environment

PHP Developer

Reporting to the Director, Development & IT, the Platform Developer will contribute with the design, development and engineering of the technology infrastructure and application for the RevenueWire platform.   In addition to utilizing solid software engineering principles in the evaluation of complex software architectural decisions, the Platform Developer will also be a solid team player with a passion to participate in mentoring and building the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Works with the guidance of the Director and development team in designing, developing and testing of software components in accordance with the established software development process
  • Work within formal design methodologies and development process, participating in process initiatives
  • Proven analytical ability to create / modify application code to support new functionality
  • Proven ability to execute project deliverables within effort and elapsed time estimates
  • Works with QA, project management, on occasion product mgmt, etc. as required to complete projects
  • Troubleshoot implementations of technology and programs
  • Investigative and on-call work as required
  • Documentation of current and future configurations, process, techniques and procedures
  • Understanding and experience working in start-up company an asset.
  • Involvement in bi-monthly releases and associated testing and monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a strong intermediate capacity and holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Expert level familiarity with PHP.  Familiarity with bash scripting
  • Expert level familiarity with MySQL and relational databases
  • Expert knowledge and experience with LAMP infrastructures
  • Good familiarity with XHTML, AJAX, Javascript, CSS
  • Good familiarity with MVC framework highly desirable
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architecture an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
